Some things...

So I have been keeping a bit busy while I haven't been writing. I had a lovely Thanksgiving w/ my brother at 2 different friend's houses. I went to watch a meteor shower. We saw one big one & a few tiny ones. Overall it was a lot less spectacular than we thought it'd be, freezing, but fun. I picked up a couple day jobs. I went ice skating downtown. I played broom-ball for a friend's birthday. I helped some friends decorate their tree. I bought a lovely winter berry wreath for my door. I wrapped some lovely gifts. I went to see Thirty Seconds to Mars do a cd signing & acoustic set. They seem very concerned with marketing their new cd, but I suppose that's understandable. I have to admit Jared Leto has a really good voice & I am really enjoying the cd. I walked through Griffith Park to see the light festival, which I highly recommend doing the walk through. The shuttle ride pales in comparison. I think they have the same lights year after year. It's not really what I expect to see, but it's still pretty cute. I also went to a cookie party & saw a couple movies. Not too shabby. Enjoy some lights courtesy of the DWP.
